From the 2008 Fall issue of
The American Hanoverian
"Six foals were presented for registration. This time there were more colts than fillies, and the audience saw an outstanding son of Quaterback out of the mare Bel Etrice, by Baryshnikov, who was the mother of one of the new Elite Mare Candidates. Bred by Sandra Hunt, he was excellent in type, conformation and movement, a colt that exuded presence and worthwhile to raise as a stallion."
June 2009 Donnabella is confirmed in foal to Sinatra Song! We are very excited about this cross. Both sire and dam have outstanding temperaments and are bred from four generations of international Grand Prix dressage royalty. The birth of this foal will complete Donnabella's requirements for her AHS Elite Mare Title. Due late May 2010.
August 2009 Bel Etrice is confirmed in foal to Rubignon! Bel Etrice is a proven producer, Rubignon a successful international Grand Prix dressage competitor. With the outstanding bloodlines of Rubinstein, Donnerhall, Pik Solo, Bolero and Raphael known for wonderful temperament and brilliance of movement this foal will undoubtedly follow in the hoof prints of its award winning siblings. Two year old Ragon and owner Kathy Judge have been having a having a great year at the USDF DSHB shows! Ragon was bred by Spruce Glen Farms and is by Rascalino out of Bel Etrice. At her last two shows Ragon has won the two year old fillies class, won the Hanoverian class, and was champion filly. At Dressage by the Bay, Ragon was also Reserve champion Young Horse and then turned around to grab the over all Grand Champion. At Waterloo Summer finale, she was Champion Young Horse and Reserve Champion overall. Huge Congrats to Kathy and Ragon!!!

I was thrilled to receive the news that Ragon is ranked 3rd in the US for the American Hanoverian Society 2009 Sport Horse Breeding Young Horse Fillies Division. It takes a great deal of time and hard work to get the youngsters in the ring, a huge thanks to Kathy Judge for making that effort. Congratulations to Ragon and Kathy!
May 2010
It has been a busy Month!
Donnabella gave birth to Sirius SGF a stunning black/bay colt on May 12th!
This little fella is something special, proven bloodlines, beautiful packaging
and brilliant gaits. Donnabella is a super first time mom and Sirius is growing
like a weed and entertaining us daily with his athletic "airs above the ground"
performances!
The now three year old Ragon gave an impressive performance at the Cricklewood
Breed Show! She won the Three Year Old Fillies class with an outstanding score
of 83%, was Champion filly and Reserve Champion young horse!
Our own Fleur Noire made her show debut at Cricklewood winning the Two Year
Old Fillies class with 80.90% and was Reserve Champion Filly under Ragon.
What a great day for our girls!!

June 2010
Rubeus SGF has arrived! On June 22nd Bel Etrice delivered a very handsome colt by Rubignon. "Rue" is quite the looker with his fancy star and stripe adorning his beautiful head. He closely resembles his dam including the same left hind sock. Rubeus has displayed a lovely uphill movement from the moment he stood and cantered around the stall on his long legs. We are smitten with this little guy, right down to his long whiskers!
July 2010
Fleur Noire wins big at Waterloo! Fleur won the two year old filly class, the Hanoverian class, was Young Filly Champion, Young Horse Champion and Grand Champion overall. We are so proud of the grown up way she acted, her third time off the farm! Huge thanks to Ron Stienbrenner for the many runs he made with Fleur that day!
